A leading cultural destination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia tasked KCA London with designing and delivering a suite of tailored creative learning and engagement programmes to make contemporary art experiences accessible and attractive for family and school audiences.

We were commissioned to develop a series of innovative art engagement programmes introducing local audiences to contemporary art and global artists. Working closely with curators, artists, teachers and internal teams, we created workshops, classroom resources and QR-based gallery interactives, alongside family-focused activities such as Art Picnics and an Explorers Handbook to encourage families to explore experiences together. To build local capacity and confidence, we also designed and delivered art masterclasses and training sessions for teachers and exhibition guides, equipping them with the tools to facilitate engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

Each set of programmes was bespoke to its context and developed through collaboration with internal stakeholders and international partners to ensure programmes were culturally relevant and had educational value.  Across all projects, we designed experiences that reflected the clients’ vision for inclusive, world-class programming, supporting a growing community of educators and guides and inspiring audiences of all ages to connect with art and culture.
