KCA London was commissioned by a leading cultural organisation to create a comprehensive family and school programme across a series of historic sites in KSA. KCA’s role spanned early strategic planning, resource creation and training to build a long-term offer for engaging families, supporting teachers, and inspiring young people with the regions distinctive cultural heritage.

We collaborated closely with the client team to develop a comprehensive family and schools programme at multiple heritage sites across the region. Our work began with in-depth research, consulting local educators and benchmarking best practices to establish a clear, long-term programming approach for the client.

We then designed and delivered a wide range of dual language resources, including digital planning packs for teachers and printed and digital guides promoting the educational offer. We developed interactive booklets and activities tailored to each different site, facilitated by the guide team, who we trained to support playful hands-on learning experiences.

Training and long-term feasibility were central to our approach. We equipped staff, teachers, and guides with the skills to deliver and evolve the programmes both onsite and in the classroom, something entirely new for the teachers at the time. Since launch, numerous schools and families have visited and used the resources with great success, embedding these programmes as a cornerstone of the organisation’s learning offer.

It has been a genuine pleasure collaborating with you all, and I look forward to witnessing the positive impact this project will create within our communities.
