Delivering training to Management and Facilitator teams at Kuwait’s new world class museum district.
Training mixed theory with group activities and interactive discussions and was tailored to the needs of the staff. We delivered three modules over three weeks, the modules were: Management and Staff Functions; Dialogue and Facilitation Skills; and Presentation Skills.
Management and Staff Functions aimed to shape staff into functioning teams with a shared sense of purpose and knowledge.
Dialogue and Facilitation Skills saw Facilitators explore how they can made visitors’ experience extraordinary and meaningful.
Presentation Skills allowed the Facilitators to put their facilitation skills into practice, develop their presentation skills and grow in confidence to lead tours.
