The Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre is one of the largest museum complexes in the world, featuring four museums, an art gallery and a theatre. Ahead of its opening, we were appointed to provide training for the newly-appointed managers and facilitators. 

The training was designed to equip staff with the key skills they would need to start managing their museum teams and leading visitor experiences. It also raised awareness of global standards of visitor experience and cutting-edge approaches to visitor engagement. It was designed to bring together staff from across the different museums as a single team – helping to develop a sense of shared identity and purpose across the complex, and a consistent approach to museum management and facilitation.
