NEOM Experience Centre

Project description:

We were appointed to develop the design brief for a visitor centre for NEOM – a major new and highly ambitious development project in northwestern Saudi Arabia. The aim was to create a visitor centre that would serve as the threshold to NEOM for those visiting, working and living there, introducing people to its ambitions and achievements, and offering an experience on a par with the innovative nature of NEOM as a whole.

We worked to define the key objectives for the centre and research and identify the stories and messages that would best represent NEOM’s vision and ambitions. From here we developed a detailed design brief, setting out the strategic principles for the centre, the initial design and content approaches, and an outline space plan.
