Project description:
The Eithad Museum was established in 2017 to tell the story of the formation of the United Arab Emirates. We were appointed to help prepare the internal team for opening.
The aspiration was to set a new benchmark for museums and visitor services in the region. Our role included training and mentoring the senior management and visitor services teams. The training was designed in response to our assessment of the teams and their experience and included six months of ongoing mentorship. Alongside the training, we also developed a series of bespoke visit plans and student activity packs to support school visits and classroom activities.
