Mishkat Interactive Center for Atomic and Renewable Energy – Masterplanning, interpretation, design and build, strategic planning

Client: King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The first science discovery centre in Riyadh, inspiring a new generation of Saudi innovators.

Combining hands on exhibits, cutting edge technology and electrifying events to create an enjoyable learning experience for visitors of all ages.

Working in partnership with National Talents, we led the masterplanning, design, content development  and operations of this exciting new destination. The centre was designed and developed in just nine months.

Mishkat opened in 2011 and now welcomes 40,000 visitors annually.

We still work closely with Mishkat, mentoring departments and supporting the delivery of audience focused, inspiring projects. This includes new exhibits, graphic identities for themed seasons, staff training, strategic planning, organising festivals and creating new science shows and programmes.
