KCA London’s team of trainers worked with our partners at Hassan Allam to build and develop the next generation of museum managers and operators as they prepare for the launch of this world-class destination.
With immersive and bespoke sessions from industry experts, our training covered the foundations of excellent customer service and visitor management through to fundraising and communications. We continued to support the museum by training its newly recruited front of house team and their managers as they prepare for the launch of this world-class destination.
