We led a highly experienced, multidisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive training programme for the managers of Malta’s first interactive science centre.
We designed a bespoke training programme for the future managers with training taking place in Malta, at the Science Museum, London and Techniquest, Cardiff. The training offered a comprehensive insight into how science centres, exhibitions and staff skills are developed, delivered and implemented. The diverse training programme consistently combined theory with practice, with opportunities for seeing learning in action and analysis best practice examples of engagement.
