Project description:
We were engaged by the Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC) to deliver a bespoke training program to develop staff’s presentation skills and prepare them for Master of Ceremonies (MC) roles at high-profile events.
We developed a dual-focused curriculum to build confidence, clarity and authenticity in public speaking. Over the course of three days of on-site immersive training, we combined theory, practice, and personalised feedback. The participants noted improvements in individual ability and the strengthening of team dynamics. Following the success of the first session, we were recontracted to repeat the training for further cohorts from the ADIC team.
